Alison Roberts is the current Marketing Automation Specialist at Archer Education. Prior to their current position, Alison was the Email Marketing Coordinator at Avenue Link from October 2017 to December 2019. In this role, Alison was responsible for various tasks centered around the email department, including the creation of all email creatives, HTML/CSS framework, and creating the template package (creative + Friendly From + Subject Line + ESP elements) in the Avenue Link internal Messaging system. Alison also worked closely with the Email Marketing Analyst to ensure email templates were performing at an optimal level. Additionally, Alison assisted the Email Marketing/Traffic Manager by setting up third-party advertiser campaigns/offers and pixels, as well as coordinating testing with the advertiser. Alison was also responsible for ensuring all email creatives and templates were in compliance with CAN-SPAM and OLA compliance standards.
Before their role at Avenue Link, Alison was the Member Services Coordinator at ACBSP Global Business Accreditation from July 2015 to October 2017. In this role, Alison was responsible for providing customer service and administrative support to members and clients of ACBSP. Alison also managed membership renewals and assisted with planning and executing special events.
Alison Roberts has a bachelor's degree in English and Communications from The University of Kansas and an associate's degree in business from Hutchinson Community College.
They work with Rebecca Streeter - Senior Director, Digital Marketing, Erik Edmonds - Senior Director, Digital Marketing, and R. Marie-Nella Riley - Senior Performance Marketing Manager. Their manager is John Van Fleet, Chief Marketing Officer.
