Buddy Burden

Buddy Burden is a senior software engineer at Archer Education. Buddy has over 20 years of experience in the IT field, starting as a hardware technician and working their way up to director of IT. Buddy then started their own software company, which they ran for 11 years. Buddy has been with Archer Education for the past five years.

Buddy Burden has a BA in English (writing) from George Mason University, an MA in English Language and Literature from Old Dominion University, and a PhD in Biology from the University of South Carolina.

They are on a team with Max Imbert - Senior Software Engineer, David Kliewer - Principal Engineer, and Ismael Sanchez - Senior Node.js Developer. Buddy Burden reports to Stephen Caldwell, Chief Technical Officer.
