Currently, Jackie holds multiple roles at Archer Hotel. Jackie started as the Director of Sales, implementing pre-opening sales strategies and working closely with revenue management. Jackie then became the Director of Sales & Marketing at Archer Hotel New York. Jackie'scurrent role is as the Area Director of Sales, where they focus on providing a curated luxury experience for guests.

Jackie Galea completed their Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from St. John's University, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. In addition to their degree, they obtained the Cvent Supplier Network Certification from Cvent in May 2020.
