Greg Dlubac

Greg Dlubac has been working in the wine industry since 2016. Greg began their career at Millbrook Winery as an Assistant Winemaker. In 2017, they took on two roles at the same time, Assistant Winemaker and Vineyard Manager at Silverthread Vineyard, as well as Assistant Winemaker at Sheldrake Point Winery. In 2021, they took on the role of Director of Product Development, QA/QC at Archer Roose.

Greg Dlubac obtained a Bachelor's degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in 2008, with a major in Environmental Studies. Afterwards, they pursued a Master's of Professional Studies from Cornell University in 2015, with a concentration in Enology within the field of Food Science.
