Marian Leitner-Waldman has had a varied and impressive career. Marian began their professional journey in 2007 as an Intern at AllianceBernstein. In 2008, they worked as a Market Research Intern at AXA Equitable and as a Consultant at Camp Jeanne D'Arc. In 2009, they were an Innovation Consultant at AXA Equitable. In 2010, they became Co-Founder and Publisher of Explosion-Proof Magazine. In 2011, they were a Fellow at ProInspire and an Analyst of Innovative Finance at GAVI Alliance. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Advisor to the CEO of Global Partnership for Education. In 2018, they joined Cask & Kettle - Hot Cocktails as an Advisory Board Member. Most recently, in 2015, they became Founder and Chief Feather Ruffler of Archer Roose.

Marian Leitner-Waldman (she/her) attended Convent of the Sacred Heart, 91st Street from 1991 to 2005 and earned their high school diploma. Marian then attended The Johns Hopkins University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned their B.A. in International Studies. During their studies at The Johns Hopkins University, they also studied abroad at The University of Edinburgh from 2007 to 2008, where they focused on Political Theory.
