Heidi Fiedler is an accomplished IT leader with a strong background in end-user technology management and service delivery. Currently serving as the Director of End User IT at Archer Systems, LLC, Heidi focuses on optimizing IT operations and enhancing user experiences. Prior to this role, Heidi held several positions at Wärtsilä North America, Inc., including Information Management Coordination Manager and IT Manager for North America, where responsibilities included managing IT resources and coordinating teams.
