Jenny Loney, MBA, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, has held various roles in human resources throughout their career. From 2020 to present, they have been the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at ARCHER Systems, LLC. Prior to this, from 2009 to 2019, they were the Director of Human Resources at Blackhawk Specialty Tools. In this role, they provided strategies for global expansion efforts, managed compliance with visa and work permit requirements, and developed HR initiatives and programs. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Nicholls State University, teaching Human Resource Management in the Petroleum Industry. Jenny also has experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Schumacher Group and as an HR Intern at Acadian Ambulance. Jenny Loney, MBA, GPHR, SHRM-SCP completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a concentration in Professional Sales from Nicholls State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Jenny further enhanced their professional qualifications by obtaining additional certifications. In March 2019, they obtained the Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Additionally, in January 2015, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
