Barry Fergus is a seasoned Senior Project Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently employed at Archer - the well company since July 2020, Barry oversees the modification processes for the installation of the Archerwell Topaz modular drilling rig on Cormorant Alpha for TAQA. Previous roles include significant positions at PD&MS Group, BP, Canadian Natural Resources Limited, RDS - Engineering Specialists, and BARRTECH DESIGN SERVICES LIMITED, where Barry managed various projects ranging from decommissioning to rig reactivation. Barry holds an ONC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Barmulloch College Glasgow and completed secondary education at Kirkintilloch High School.
