Alberto Martinez

Alberto Martinez is a seasoned aerospace professional with extensive experience in stress engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Stress Engineer at Archer since October 2025, Alberto previously held the position of Stress Engineer at Virgin Galactic from September 2021 to October 2025. Prior to that, Alberto worked at Collins Aerospace as a Senior/Staff Stress Engineer, contributing to significant programs such as AIRBUS A320, A320NEO, A350, MRJ, EMBRAER E390, E175, and BOEING 787. Alberto's career began at UTC Aerospace Systems, where responsibilities included analyzing thrust reverser components and coordinating certification documentation, and earlier roles included an Associate Engineer position at Goodrich, focusing on customer support and CAD tasks. Alberto holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from UC San Diego.
