Anna Rachelle Baltazar

Anna Rachelle Baltazar, PHR, currently serves as a People Operations Partner at Archer since April 2025. Prior to this role, Anna was a People Partner at Velo3D from December 2021 to December 2024 and worked as an HR Generalist II at ENGIE North America Inc. from August 2018 to June 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner for the Americas at BroadSoft, where responsibilities involved supporting managers and employees on various HR topics, analyzing exit survey data for retention strategies, and coordinating the company's first regional New Hire Welcome Event. Additionally, Anna worked at Zazzle as an HR Recruiting Assistant, managing onboarding processes and Workers’ Compensation claims, and previously held a position as a Customer Support Lead, developing training guides and improving support metrics. Anna holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from San José State University.
