Drew Arroyo

Drew Arroyo is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical and hardware engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Airframe at Archer since April 2025, Drew previously held significant leadership roles at Wisk, including Director of Mechanical Engineering and Director of Hardware Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed managing a large engineering organization and establishing standards of practice. As a co-owner of The New Basis since October 2013, Drew has also contributed to multiple engineering projects throughout a career that spans over two decades, including positions at Kitty Hawk and Lockheed Martin Space Systems. Drew holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San José State University.
