Eric Wright

Eric Wright is an accomplished aerospace professional currently serving as the Head of Certification at Archer since May 2020, focusing on the development of all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft to enhance urban mobility. Prior to Archer, Eric held the position of Senior Director of Certification and Compliance at Piper Aircraft for nearly nine years, where significant achievements included leading the certification of the M600 Emergency Autoland system. Eric's extensive experience also comprises roles at the Federal Aviation Administration as a Flight Test Engineer, and positions at Cirrus Aircraft, DELTA G DESIGN INC., MarathonNorco Aerospace, Eclipse Aviation, L-3 Communications, and the Air National Guard. Eric's educational background includes a Master of Science and a Graduate Certificate in Engineering and Technology Management from Oklahoma State University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
