Glen Burks has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and aerospace industries. Glen currently holds the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at Archer, where they are responsible for establishing a world-class manufacturing organization. This includes leading the manufacturing site selection effort, completing technology demonstrators, and partnering with cross-functional teams on business systems implementation and production readiness. Prior to their current role, Glen was the Vice President of Quality at Triumph Group, overseeing the quality organization across multiple locations and leading culture transformations. Glen also held various quality leadership positions at Triumph Systems & Support and was responsible for quality at multiple facilities. Before joining Triumph Group, Glen worked at Bell Helicopter, where they held roles such as Quality Assurance Site Manager, Value Stream Manager, Supervisor, and Maintenance Control Manager. Glen began their career in the United States Marine Corps as an Avionics Supervisor. Overall, Glen has demonstrated expertise in quality management, manufacturing, and team leadership throughout their career.
