Harsh Rungta

Harsh Rungta serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Archer since March 2025. Previously, Rungta held various roles at Tesla from October 2018 to April 2025, including Director of Accounting Controllership and Director of Automotive Revenue & Energy Business Controller, overseeing complex corporate accounting functions and SEC reporting. A former Assurance Senior Manager at PwC from October 2006 to October 2018, Rungta led IPO processes for multiple technology companies. Additionally, Rungta worked with PwC UK on accounting and auditing matters related to USGAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP and began a career at EY as a Senior Executive, managing audits across various sectors. Rungta's educational background includes a degree in Leading with Finance from Harvard Business School Online, a CPA from the California Board of Accountancy, a CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a B.Com from Delhi University.
