Ilaval Manickam

Ilaval Manickam is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in testing and validation of electric and powertrain systems. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Test Lead at Archer, Ilaval leads testing and certification efforts for electric engine systems. Previously, Ilaval held key roles at ChargePoint, NIO, and Mercedes-Benz, overseeing systems integration, ePowertrain component validation, and root cause analysis for high voltage batteries.
