Landon Spear

Landon Spear is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as Director of Product Software at Archer since January 2025, Landon previously held the role of CTO at PLBY Group, Inc. from April 2022 to December 2024, where significant achievements included building a creator platform that generated over $100M in payments in its first year. As Co-Founder and CTO of Vibe from October 2020 to April 2022, Landon raised $4M from top investors and successfully launched the company before its acquisition by PLBY Group. Other notable positions include Head of Engineering at FeaturePeek, Senior Founding Engineer at Coil, and contributing roles at Square, Path, Google, and the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics. Landon holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics/Astrophysics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
