Matthew Gniewek

Matthew Gniewek is a seasoned professional in supply chain management and supplier development, currently serving as Supplier Development Manager at Archer since June 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew held a position in supply chain management at Thales from April 2022 to June 2023 and served as Senior Manager of Supplier Development at TE Connectivity from December 2018 to April 2022. At TE Connectivity, Matthew successfully collaborated with procurement teams to manage a diverse supply base of 425 suppliers, overseeing an annual spend of $475 million in fiscal year 2021, and led a multi-regional team to achieve procurement and supplier quality objectives.
