Tim Poore

Tim Poore is an experienced manager specializing in direct purchasing and supply chain management, currently serving as the Manager for Direct Purchasing at Scout Motors Inc., focusing on HV Battery Systems and Assemblies since February 2024. Previously, Tim held roles at BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC as an Industrialization and Supply Chain Manager for E-Mobility components and in Supplier Risk Management, leading value stream management initiatives for Powertrain and Driving Dynamics. Additional experience includes consulting in value stream management and participating in a rotational development program at BMW, as well as project engineering at DeRoyal and Zimmer Biomet. Tim holds a Master of Science in Engineering, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, all from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
