Neal Vanecek

Neal Vanecek is a seasoned engineering professional with significant experience in aerospace testing and lab infrastructure management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Lab Infrastructure at Archer since June 2021, Vanecek oversees the design and construction of subsystems integration labs, manages budgets and schedules, and leads teams of engineers in developing test requirements and lab design. Prior to Archer, Vanecek held various roles at Aerion Supersonic, including Test Operations Manager and Wind Tunnel Test Manager, where responsibilities encompassed defining program milestones, coordinating test activities, and managing test operations. Vanecek's career began as a Manufacturing Engineer at Chromalloy. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University, complemented by further studies at the University of Nevada, Reno.
