Rikin Gupta is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience in aeroelasticity and flight dynamics. Currently serving as a Staff Aeroelasticity Engineer at Archer since October 2025, Rikin has previously held positions as a Senior Engineer at Supernal and a Staff Engineer at Aurora Flight Sciences. Rikin's career includes roles as a Research Engineer in the Future Research Department at Toyota North America and as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Graduate Research Assistant at Virginia Tech, where significant contributions were made to projects involving aeroelastic flight mechanics and UAV analysis.
