Steve Young

Steve Young has extensive experience in the engineering and technology sectors, currently serving as Crew Chief for New Product Introduction (NPI) at Archer since March 2025. His prior roles include Electrical & Harness Technician at Muon Space and Harness Technician at Kodiak Robotics, where responsibilities included documenting vehicle wire and harness diagrams using Siemens Capital Essentials software. Previously, Steve held positions at Archer as a Senior Electromechanical Specialist and managed a shop at Kodiak Robotics. Early in his career, Steve worked as an Electro Mechanical Technician at Apple, an Avionics Technician at Zee.Aero, and in various technician roles at Tesla Motors and Conor Medsystems, focusing on assembly, testing, and collaboration in high-tech environments. Steve holds an Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute and an A&P license from Sierra Academy of Aeronautics.
