Teresa Schuster

Teresa Schuster is an experienced electrical and systems engineer with a strong background in avionics and electrical systems. Currently serving as an Electrical System Engineer at Archer since October 2022, Teresa focuses on the Environmental Control System for the Midnight aircraft, ensuring compliance with electrical requirements and qualifications. Previously, Teresa held multiple roles at COLSA, including Avionics System Engineer 5 and Senior System Engineer, where responsibilities included mentoring engineers and addressing reliability and maintainability issues in various military aircraft. Teresa also served as Head of Systems and Electrical Engineering at Martin Aircraft Company, leading a team in the development of Jetpack control systems, and held several positions at L3 Technologies and Lockheed Martin, specializing in avionics and electrical engineering for military programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
