Victor Guimarães

Victor Guimarães is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in flight controls and avionics systems. Currently serving as a Senior Flight Controls Software Engineer at Archer since June 2023, Victor previously held multiple roles at AEL Sistemas, including Software Project Manager, Lead Software Engineer, System Engineer, and Software Engineer, where responsibilities ranged from Agile project leadership and certification training to system integration and model-based development. Prior experience includes internships at Nelogica and research fellowships at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, focusing on software development for financial applications and digital signal encoding. Victor holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
