Mandi Marcolina is Head of Relationship Management, she gets to work with all of Archer’s clients as well as support her team by helping to facilitate communication internally so they can provide the best client experience to Archer clients. She defines a successful person as doing something that is fulfilling for them. For me, that’s supporting the clients in increasing their revenue and enjoying interactions with Archer. It also means supporting her team to learn and grow, providing them with what they need on that journey.
