Jason Skinner

Jason Skinner is an experienced sales and management professional with a strong focus on team development and sales optimization. Currently serving as the Manager of Inside Sales for the Americas at Archer Integrated Risk Management since June 2023, Jason leads efforts to enhance the Sales Development Representative organization by utilizing metrics and data to drive informed decision-making. Prior experience includes roles at GEHA Health, where Jason held various positions such as Manager of Sales Optimization, Senior Strategy Execution Consultant, and Product Sales Strategist, focusing on lead conversion, virtual sales solutions, and marketing strategy for a large membership base. Earlier career stages include positions at AAA Missouri, culminating in successful sales management and innovative marketing initiatives. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Northwest Missouri State University and an Associate of Arts in Education from Metropolitan Community College - Kansas City.
