Alexis M. Way

Associate at Archer Law

Alexis is an Associate in Archer’s Business Litigation Group. She assists clients ranging from individuals and small businesses, to large corporations and public entities. Alexis handles a variety of litigation matters, including those related to trademark infringement, non-compete agreements, breach of contract, products liability, civil rights, and estate distribution. Alexis assists in all aspects of litigation, from client counseling and initial pleadings, to appeals.

Prior to joining Archer, Alexis served as a law clerk for the Honorable Michael J. Haas of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, followed by a clerkship for the Honorable Faustino J. Fernandez-Vina of the New Jersey Supreme Court.

During law school, Alexis served as the Editor-in-Chief to the Rutgers University Law Review, as a teaching assistant to the first-year legal research and writing program, and as an Advanced Appellate Research and Writing fellow. In addition, Alexis was the recipient of the Achievement in Legal Writing award and the First Year Legal Writing award.
