Sean T. O'Meara

Sean T. O’Meara specializes in commercial arbitration and litigation in the state and federal courts, with particular emphasis on construction, product liability, class actions and consumer fraud cases.

Sean practices in the state and federal courts and is a member of the Construction Industry Forum of the American Bar Association, the Construction and Public Contract Law Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the New Jersey Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors.

Sean has been an attorney with Archer since 1980, and has been a partner since 1989.
