Kim Watson

Kim Watson is an accomplished membership director with extensive experience in leading membership programs across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Membership at the Archery Trade Association since June 2023, Kim previously held the role of Membership Director at the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA), where oversight was provided for over 13,800 members. Prior to this, Kim directed the membership operations at the Dallas Bar Association for over a decade, managing a membership of more than 11,000 attorneys and law students. Additional experience includes roles as Office Manager at Media Cart Holdings, Group Programs Administrator at GlobalTec Solutions, and Corporate Membership/Assistant Registrar at the Dallas Museum of Art. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University.
