Shota Kambara

Shota Kambara has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Shota founded and served as the Chief Operating Officer at Arches since April 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Consultant for self-employed projects from February 2018 to March 2019. Shota was also involved in the Fun Find Project as a World Traveler from July 2018 to January 2019.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Shota held multiple positions at Terra Drone, where they served as the Director of International Business Development from November 2017 to January 2018. Shota was also the Director of Melbourne and Head of APAC UTM Group from June 2017 to January 2018. Additionally, they worked as the VP of Business Development and Head of UTM Group, where they focused on developing new business domains and applications in the UAV, UAS, and drone industry, traffic management systems and solutions, and exploiting industrial UAV. Shota'stenure at Terra Drone lasted from March 2016 to May 2017.

Prior to joining Terra Drone, they worked as a Business Strategy Consultant from December 2014 to February 2016, and as a Business Analyst from July 2012 to November 2014 at Accenture.

Shota Kambara obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Waseda University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
