Francesco Errico is the Co-founder and Director General of ARCHES, where he provides strategic leadership and oversees the organisation’s operational and scientific initiatives. An architect by education, he has extensive experience in energy-efficient building design and sustainable construction, bringing a practical and visionary approach to environmental innovation.

As the leader of the Environment and Sustainable Innovation Team, Francesco guides ARCHES’ efforts to embed sustainability across research, innovation, and organizational practices. His team identifies environmentally responsible solutions, promotes green technologies, and ensures projects align with EU sustainability frameworks. Through his combined expertise in architecture, energy-efficient design, and sustainability strategy, Francesco drives ARCHES’ mission to deliver socially responsible, future-ready, and environmentally conscious research and innovation.
