Morika Maryam currently serves as the Country Head of Human Resources at Archetype Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, Morika held the position of Human Resources Manager at Mott MacDonald from January 2020 to January 2023 and worked as an HRM Lecturer at STMT Trisakti between March 2014 and February 2020. Additionally, Morika was the Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Sarulla Operations Ltd from February 2016 to February 2020 and served as an Employment Specialist at MEDCO AGRO from July 2013 to February 2016. Morika holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from the University of Indonesia.
