Iain Fitzpatrick

Iain Fitzpatrick serves as Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Archetype since September 2019, focusing on enhancing employee growth and health within organizations. Iain's extensive experience at Korn Ferry Hay Group spanned nearly two decades, with positions including Global Managing Director of Productized Services and Regional Managing Director for the Americas, significantly growing revenue and profitability in multiple roles. Earlier career highlights include serving as a researcher at the University of Glasgow and attempting a football career with Kilmarnock and St Mirren Football Clubs. Iain holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Glasgow and a Master of Science in Operational Research from the University of Strathclyde.
