Leela Prasad Mukkamala MBA, PGPBABI, SSM is an experienced Agile professional with a strong background in Scrum methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Archetype since December 2021, Leela is responsible for transforming projects from waterfall to Agile methodology and facilitating various Scrum ceremonies. Previously, Leela held the position of Scrum Master at S&P Global and CGI, focusing on coaching teams in Agile practices and enhancing productivity. Early career experience includes roles as a Project Lead and Senior Software Engineer at CGI and Satyam Computer Services Ltd, respectively. Leela holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management and a Post Graduate Program in Business Analytics & Business Intelligence, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
