Nick Baxter has a strong background in the beverage and hospitality industry, currently serving as National Brand Advocacy Manager and Brand Ambassador at Archie Rose Distilling Co. since May 2016, overseeing operations in Victoria, WA, SA, and Tasmania. Previously, Nick held the position of Bar Supervisor at Long Chim, contributing to the opening of a highly praised cocktail bar, and worked as a bartender at The Dominion League and Lalla Rookh Bar & Eating House. Nick also has experience as Bar Manager at Bar Lafayette and training experience with J. Wray & Nephew, where a focus was placed on brand training for renowned rum products. Earlier roles include General Manager at Plateaubrighton, a natural wine bar and restaurant, and Bar Manager at MyHotel Brighton. Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Public Relations from Curtin University.
