David Vay

David Vay is currently serving as the Legal Director at Archimed since January 2022. Prior to this role, David worked as a Legal Counsel - M&A Venture Capital at Orange Digital Ventures from January 2015 to December 2021. Before that, David was a Legal Counsel at Orange from February 2012 to December 2014, focusing on corporate and financial market matters. David also gained experience as a Legal Counsel in asset management at Rothschild & Co from May 2008 to January 2012. David holds a Master's degree in financial law and engineering from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) and has also completed additional studies in business law and Common Law.
