Pooja Mahesh Punjwani

Pooja Mahesh Punjwani has been serving as the Personal Assistant to the CEO at Archimedia since May 2017, acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders and managing travel arrangements for the CEO. Prior to this role, Pooja worked as a Service & Operations Coordinator, where responsibilities included handling aftersales service calls and efficiently scheduling technicians using When I Work software. Pooja's career began at SAS Middle East as a Finance Coordinator in 2015, where tasks involved processing invoices, updating customer records on the DAX system, assisting in audits, and preparing reports related to employee travel and expenses. Pooja earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Middlesex University Dubai and completed high school with a focus on Business/Commerce at The Indian High School, Dubai.
