Ali El Abdi

Ali el Abdi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. They started their career as a Trainee at Tempo-Team, a leading HR service provider. After that, they worked as a Bussines Developer at Cantab Marketing Services, where they contributed to the commercial success of organizations through consultative calling and market analysis. Following that, they worked as an Account Manager at H&R Automatisering, providing ICT solutions to organizations of various sizes.

In 2013, Ali joined Global Knowledge Network Netherlands bv as an Account Manager, overseeing IT training courses and delivering customized solutions. They then moved on to Conclusion, where they held the roles of Sales Manager and Relatiemanager at Conclusion Learning Centers. They facilitated training programs and developed learning services and management systems.

Ali's most recent work experience is at Archipel Academy, where they have held positions as a Senior Hrd & Technology Consultant and currently as the Head of Sales. Archipel Academy aims to make the fragmented education world more accessible by providing personalized, impactful, and cost-effective learning solutions. Throughout their career, Ali has shown a commitment to continuous learning and helping organizations stay future-ready.

Ali el Abdi received their Bachelor's Degree in Commerciële economie from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Propedeuse Accountancy from Accountancy @ Hogeschool Utrecht from 2007 to 2008. Ali'sprevious education includes completing HAVO at Merewade College from 2002 to 2007, with a focus on Economics. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Masterclass Learning & Development from Schouten & Nelissen in January 2022. Additionally, in November 2015, they obtained an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Ali also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Hogeschool Utrecht, which they achieved in September 2007.
