Peyman M.

Peyman M. has extensive work experience in customer success management, sales, and leadership roles. Peyman is currently the Head of Customer Success Management & Implementation at Archipel Academy, where they lead a team focused on customer satisfaction and successful implementation processes. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager and a Senior Sales Executive at the same company. Previously, Peyman worked as a Manager Sales at Luzac, where they monitored industry trends and commercial opportunities. Before that, they were an Account Manager at NCOI Groep, where they advised clients on training and education solutions, and also held leadership positions as a Team Leader in sales and customer relations. Peyman's early career includes experience as an Assistant Bastion Manager at Bastion Hotel Groep and as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Reisrevue Groep.

Peyman M. has a diverse education history spanning several institutions and fields of study. Peyman'seducational journey began in 2002 at C.C. Groevenbeek Ermelo, where they obtained their HAVO degree with a focus on E&M. Peyman went on to attend Saxion Hogeschool Deventer from 2007 to 2012, earning a Bachelor's degree in Higher Tourism and Recreation Education.

Afterwards, Peyman pursued further education at NCOI Opleidingen. In 2013, they completed the NIMA A Sales certification program. From 2014 to 2016, they worked towards a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they participated in the Management Development Program at Boertien Vergouwen Overduin in 2015 and 2016.

In 2017, Peyman continued their studies at NCOI Opleidingen. Peyman obtained a degree in HBO Strategie en Verandering in the same year and followed it up with a degree in HBO Organisatie, Verandering en Coaching in 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they pursued post-bachelor studies in Bedrijfskunde at NCOI Opleidingen, which they successfully completed.

Peyman's educational journey also includes a recent certification called "Online training: Privacy & Security" from New Heroes, which they obtained in September 2021.
