Nemanja Dzokic

Nemanja Dzokic has over 15 years of professional experience in the IT field. In 2002, they began their career as an Accounts Payable Clerk at Rochester Big & Tall Clothing. Nemanja then moved to iNet in 2007, where they served as an IT Generalist and Office Manager. In 2011, they became an IT Coordinator at Huntsman Architectural Group, where they set up, deployed, maintained, and repaired server, desktop, laptop, and tablet computer systems. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an IT Consultant (MSP) at The Linde Group, Inc., providing IT Consulting services and IT support to a variety of clients. In 2018, they joined BOLD as a Senior IT Specialist, providing on-site and remote end-user support. Nemanja then moved to iRhythm Technologies, Inc. in 2019, where they worked as an IT-Helpdesk Engineer, supporting local and remote users. In 2019, they began working at Public Library of Science (PLOS) as a Senior IT Support Specialist. Nemanja then joined MBH Architects in 2021 as an IT Administrator, acting as a support-focused professional and a major player in growing the IT team and elevating the organization. Currently, they work at Archipelago as an IT Engineer.

Nemanja Dzokic obtained a Bachelor's degree in Design & Fine Arts from the University of Belgrade. Nemanja also holds certifications from Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Google, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (December 2022), Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) (December 2022), Google Data Analytics Certificate (October 2022), and Google Data Analytics Certificate (Verification Badge) (October 2022).
