Mark George

Procurement Section Head at Archirodon Group N.V.

Mark George has a diverse work experience in procurement and electrical engineering. Mark started their career in 2004 by completing a course in Automatic Control. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as an Electrical and Automation Engineer, overseeing maintenance operations at BESHAY STEEL COMPANY GROUP. Mark then worked as an Electrical Site Engineer at Elkhorafi computer and smart card factory, where they supervised installations and performed quantity surveying for electrical equipment. In 2007, they joined ABB Abacon as an Electrical Procurement Engineer, responsible for studying order requisitions and placing orders. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Electrical Procurement Engineer at Drake & Scull International, coordinating with different departments and providing reports. In 2010, they joined CompuGeorge as a Procurement Specialist and Logistics Engineer, preparing data reports and evaluating offers. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Encorp International as an Electrical Procurement Specialist, receiving projects and managing procurement activities. Currently, they are employed at Archirodon Group N.V. as a Procurement Section Head and Procurement Engineer, where their responsibilities include studying order requisitions, evaluating offers, and issuing purchase orders.

Mark George completed their primary and secondary education at Patriarchal College, graduating with a 3rd Secondary (Thanaweya ama) degree in General Certificate in 1996. Following this, they attended Helwan University - Faculty of Engineering from 1997 to 2003, where they earned a B.Sc in electrical power and machines.
