Tony George

Tony George has over 40 years of professional experience in the finance industry. Tony began their career in 1976 as an Audit Manager at Touche Ross Chartered Accountants. In 1991, they moved to Echlin Australia Pty Ltd as Financial Controller. Tony then joined Pfizer Australia in 1998 as Head of Finance Operations ANZ, where they were responsible for managing all functions of Finance for ANZ, as well as local implementation of global plans/strategies relative to acquisitions, divestments and corporate restructuring from Finance, Systems, Taxation and Secretarial aspects. Tony also served as Finance Manager for Pfizer Consumer Healthcare and Financial Services Manager. In 2017, they became Finance Manager at ArchiStar.ai, and in 2018 they took on the role of Financial Officer at Greenfield Medicinal Cannabis.

Tony George attended Macquarie University from 1973 to 1975, where they earned a BA in Economics and Accounting. In 2005, they enrolled in the Strategic Leadership Programme at Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM).
