Ashleigh Andrejchak

Ashleigh Andrejchak is an experienced clinical director and physical therapist currently working at Architech Sports and Physical Therapy since August 2021. Prior to this role, Ashleigh completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at East Carolina University, where involvement included various clinical affiliations, such as acute care at Carolinas Healthcare System and work with the Brain Injury Team at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Additional experience includes serving as an athletic trainer for Young's Physical Therapy, providing emergency first aid for the ECU Club Sports Program, and developing rehabilitation plans during a tenure as an athletic training student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ashleigh's diverse background reflects a strong commitment to patient care, sports medicine, and community involvement.
