Michelle Chin

Michelle Chin, CPM, PMP, and Green Belt, currently serves as the Acting Deputy Chief of Operations and Operations Director at the Architect of the Capitol since March 2021. Previously, Michelle held various positions at the DC Department of General Services, including Management Program Analyst and General Engineer, where expertise in agency strategic planning, architecture, facilities planning, and construction was demonstrated. Additionally, experience at the Library of Congress as a Senior Interior Designer involved leading complex space planning and design projects. Earlier roles included Architect I for the Pentagon Renovation Program, focusing on policy development and construction standards. Michelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and Planning from Howard University, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
