Prior to this, Rodney contributed as a Board Member at The Ezra Abraham To LiFE Foundation and was a Partner at SubenDougherty from 2003 to 2015. Rodney's career began at Shook Kelley as a Project Manager/Designer after completing education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in Architecture.
