Architectural Resource Team
ART was founded in 1987 by Pat Rehse, FAIA, with the vision of bringing genuine client service and the most qualified team to every project. Twenty-eight years later the new principals, Doug McCord, Dev Pawar and Erica Quintana, build on that same vision with diversity, enthusiasm and a commitment to the community. Over the past decade, the firm has nurtured deep roots as an organization that builds community through additional project types such as affordable housing, behavioral health clinics, and mass transit facilities. Our staff of 16 committed professionals take great pride in a mission-driven design firm - we use our talents to improve people’s lives. ART has partnered with over 30 non-profit organizations to help solve challenges and help them more effectively succeed in their mission of service and education. Through our commitment of extraordinary client service and approaching each project from a fresh perspective, ART builds lasting relationships with our clients because it is your satisfaction and recommendation to future clients that are the measure of our success. Architectural projects often evolve over several months and even years; the process should be rewarding, enjoyable and fun.
