Janine Graves is currently an Associate Principal in Infrastructure at Architectus, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, Graves was a Director at Hames Sharley from 2023 to 2025 and served as both an Associate Director and Project Architect. From 2003 to 2013, they worked as a Project Architect at Ingleton Wood LLP and later joined GroupGSA, where they advanced to Associate Architect and Associate Director between 2013 and 2022. Graves earned a degree in RIBA Architecture from the University of Cambridge in 2008.
