Eirini Makarouni

Eirini Makarouni is an accomplished individual with a background in architecture and a strong passion for writing and editing. Eirini has experience working as an editor at ek magazine and the Edinburgh Architecture Research Journal. Prior to their editorial roles, Eirini worked as an architect at FLEXUS. Eirini holds a PhD in Architecture by Design from The University of Edinburgh, along with a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Oxford Brookes University. Their educational journey began at Doukas School, where Eirini earned an International Baccalaureate Diploma. Eirini also contributes as a writer and A+Awards Content Fellow at Architizer.
