Wandile Mthiyane

Wandile Mthiyane is the Founder and CEO of Grind Tea, an inclusion rating platform connecting women and people of color with diverse workplaces. Wandile is also a Jury Member at Architizer's A+Awards, a Competition Design Juror, Founder of Anti-Racist Hot Dog, Founder and Director of Ubuntu Architecture Summer Abroad, and an Obama Leader. Additionally, Wandile is a TedxJohannesburg Fellow, a Fellow at The Resolution Project, an Ambassador at One Young World, and the CEO & Co-Founder of Ubuntu Design Group. Wandile has also served as a Lecturer at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
