Monica Ross

Monica Ross has worked in various roles since 1995. Monica began their career as a Project Engineer at Turner Construction Company in 1995. Monica then moved to McGough Construction in 1996 as a Project Manager. In 2001, they joined Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. as a Manager. In 2006, they became the Director of Strategic Projects at Parsons Electric LLC. Most recently, they have been the Vice President at ArchKey Solutions since 2018, where they are responsible for key corporate initiatives, including acquisitions and subsequent integrations. Monica also collaborates with the ArchKey Leadership Team to define strategic direction and critical priorities. Additionally, they are the Integration and optimization lead for ArchKey Solutions.

Monica Ross completed their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1995. Monica then went on to pursue their MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they completed in 2001.
