Scott Welch

Scott Welch has over 28 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Scott began their career in 1993 as an IT Specialist at Speedline Technologies. In 2000, they joined Johnson Controls as an IT Manager/Supply Chain Manager/Continuous Improvement Manager, where they managed and mentored 50 employees and supported automotive product launches for multiple companies. In 2014, they became the IT Director - USA at Martinrea International, where they orchestrated information technology and projects for 12 manufacturing facilities, managing a $2M operating budget and a $1.5M capital budget. In 2020, they joined TNT Crust LLC as a Vice President of Information Technology, and in 2022 they joined ArchKey Solutions in the same role.

Scott Welch attended Lebanon High School from 1983 to 1987. Scott then attended Columbia College from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems.
